Registration Instructions--Registration closes on June 30, 2024. 

  1. Select the appropriate registration option below and respond to the required questions. NOTE: Complimentary registration categories require codes, provided by MAHP conference management.
  2. During the registration process, you will be asked to confirm which day(s) you will be attending the conference. This will assist us with catering counts. There is no discount for attending less than the full conference.
  3. Guest and Child Registration: If you will be accompanied by your spouse, partner, guest and/or children, please include their name(s). They are invited to attend the Tuesday and Wednesday receptions at no additional cost and the social events, paying the appropriate fee. (Guests must be 21 years of age for wine events).
  4. You may pay online by credit card at the time you register or can select Pay by Check and send a check according to the directions provided. 
  5. To register for the Wednesday Shotgun Golf Tournament: This is a separate registration and must be done after you complete the conference registration. The link to register and pay for golf will be found in your conference confirmation message. If you're interested in sponsoring the golf outing, you can view the Golf Sponsor Form 2024 or contact Christine Sundell at [email protected].
  6. To register for the optional Taste of Traverse Wine Tour on July 10th and/or the Asylum Tour at the Grand Traverse Commons (https://www.thevillagetc.com/tour/) and Wine Dinner at Left Foot Charley's Barrel Room (https://www.leftfootcharley.com/) on July 11th, with dinner provided by Smoke & Porter (https://www.smokeandporter.com/): These are separate registrations and must be done after you complete the conference registration. The link to register and pay for these options will be found in your conference confirmation message. Note: The July 11th event is limited to the first 50 registrants.
